- My name is Kathy Cushman. I am a single mom who has started Utah Military Fitness Boot Camp at The Flash Factory in Lehi( www.reallifefitnessandhealth.com )on Sept 15, 2008. This is my blog of my journey to get thorugh this experience. I am really excited and scared. I am doing this for myself and for my wonderful 9 year old son. I want to be more active with him. Thanks for reading! The Boot Camp is actually giving $10,000 away to whomever improves the most. It really ticks me off that they are doing this. I am trying to concentrate on me and not the prize money. When the nasty realization comes that I am not winning the prize, I am concerned that I will lose my motivation to be there.
